By accessing or using QuizNow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

QuizNow is a mock test and exam preparation platform. It is not an educational institution, university, coaching license, or government examination authority.

Account registration is currently handled through Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain access to your login method responsibly.

QuizNow is for personal study use only. You may not share accounts, resell access, automate usage, or use the platform in a way that harms service reliability for other students.

Paid plans and billing details are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed through Razorpay or other approved payment providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, digital content purchases are treated as non-refundable.

All platform content, including tests, explanations, branding, and UI elements, is owned by QuizNow or its licensors. Student performance data remains associated with the student account.

You may not cheat, share accounts, scrape content, reverse engineer the service, copy protected material, or interfere with platform security and anti-cheat systems.

QuizNow is a practice platform. We do not guarantee exam results, ranks, job outcomes, or final selection in any examination.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuizNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or temporary service interruption.

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
